What is the duration of each class?

Each class lasts for 60 minutes. Sometimes, classes do get extended by 5-10 minutes.

What should I eat before the class?

Yoga is practiced on an empty stomach. Fruits, dry fruits or milk is permissable just before class. Lght meals require at least 1&1/2 hours gap and in case of a full meal, 3 hours.

Is there a dress code?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing like track pants and tee shirts.

Should we carry our yoga mat?

It's a good idea to invest in a good quality yoga mat and carry it to the class. It is not only hygenic, but also comfortable to practice on your own mat.

Is there any etiquette to be followed?

Please arrive a few minutes before your class starts. Keep your phone in Silent Mode. Avoid unnecessary small-talk with other members to maintain your focus. During the class, direct your attention inwards and focus on every aspect of the practice; be it the postures, your breath, your emotions and your mind.
